What to expect.
HOMEOPATHY
After an initial consultation remedies are carefully selected. These remedies encourage the bodies own natural healing process and restore balance.
Initial consultations usually take 1.5 hours, with follow up appointments lasting 45-60 minutes.
Homeopathic remedies are easy to take and pleasant to taste. They are non toxic, non habit forming and can be used along side other medicines.
Follow up appointments are usually made every 4-6 weeks.
Homeopathy is safe to be used by pregnant women, babies, children and the elderly.
Consultations are also available via SKYPE and support can be given over the telephone.
REIKI
While receiving Reiki you will remain fully clothed, lying on a couch or sitting on a chair. Your healer can use light touches to a series of locations over the body or can keep their hands above the surface of the body should you prefer.
Appointments usually last for 60 minutes.
After a session of reiki people can feel tired and a have a very restful nights sleep. Conversely some people report feeling refreshed and energised and being able to think more clearly.
Reiki is incredibly gentle and can be used by anyone. Babies, children, the elderly, pregnant women and very sick people.
